Irina Klimenko

Irina Klimenko is an experienced professional in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at JSC RUSNANO since November 2022. Prior to this role, Irina held the position of Head of Practice and Partner at SELECTUM from May 2014 to July 2021. Irina's earlier experience includes leading recruitment and development at Eastward Capital from 2012 to 2013, serving as a Key Account Manager at Agency Kontakt from February 2011 to January 2012, and working as an HRM at KROST (construction holding) from January 2009 to February 2011. Irina began professional career as a Consultant and Head of Practice at New Executive Search between February 2006 and September 2008. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Psychoanalysis from the Московский институт аналитической психологиии и психоанализа, completed in 2014, and a degree from the Moscow Academy for Humanities and Social Studies, earned in 2006.
