Anna Blaszczynska

Anna Blaszczynska currently serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at Russell Hendrix Foodservice Equipment, where responsibilities include overseeing the HR function and related operations for over 400 employees across Canada. Throughout their tenure at Russell Food Equipment Ltd., Anna held the position of Director of Human Resources, managing HR for Manufacturing and Service departments during the company's merger. Previously, Anna was the Executive Director of Human Resources at the Canadian Tourism Commission, overseeing HR management for a federal Crown corporation. Other roles include Director of Strategy Management and Strategic Management Advisor at Destination Canada, and Senior Analyst for Results-Based Management with the Government of Canada. Anna holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Carleton University and completed the Advanced HR Management Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
