Angela Lucia Lewis

Angela Lucia Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Angela Lucia started their career as an Associate for Senator Richard J. Durbin, Majority Whip in the United States Senate SAA, where they managed Senate health reform bill procedures and policy, responded to constituent inquiries, and led Capitol tours. Angela Lucia then moved on to Booz Allen Hamilton, where they worked as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and later as an Associate. In these roles, they elevated health consumer accessibility through project and task management, expanded business development opportunities, coordinated events and training for staff professional development, and contributed to mobile application design. Currently, they are working at Russell Reynolds Associates as Research Director for DE&I, where they help clients build more diverse teams and inclusive cultures. Angela Lucia also worked in executive search and assessment at the same company, identifying and assessing senior-level executive needs, candidates, and global market insights. Angela Lucia Lewis has a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion and is experienced in working with leaders to achieve DE&I success.

Angela Lucia Lewis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management & Policy from Georgetown University. Angela Lucia completed this degree before 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia in 2015. Angela further enhanced their education by earning certification as a Certified Professional in Electronic Health Records and Certified Professional in Health Information Technology from Health IT Certification in June 2012.
