William Modesitt

William Modesitt is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Ruth Lake Country Club Inc since February 2022. Prior to this role, William held positions as Junior Sous Chef and Line Cook at Hinsdale Golf Club from June 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included food preparation for both a-la-carte and banquet-style events, focusing on classical French cuisine. Earlier experiences include a Line Cook role at Noodles & Company, where William contributed to one of the busiest locations, as well as positions as a Student Cook in Training at Purdue University and a Summer Hire in DuPage County. William holds an Associate of Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Purdue University.
