Tim Mortensen

Tim Mortensen has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1998 as a Bass Player for Braille / Thin Cities / Into It. Over It. In 2004, they Co-founded Common Cloud Records and in 2006 they joined Apple, Inc. as a Sales & Technical Support Leader, with a focus on Training & Development. Tim launched NetPromoter, CORE New Hire training, and multiple product launches. In 2012, they became the CEO and Co-founder of Soundsupply, and in 2015 they joined Braintree as a Senior Manager, helping to build a world class Support team before it was acquired by PayPal. In 2022, they became the Head of Support at Rvvup.

Tim Mortensen attended North Park University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
