Angela Strang

Angela Strang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Angela is currently employed at RxBenefits, Inc. as the Manager of Operational Excellence since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Benefit Design from July 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining RxBenefits, Inc., Angela worked at benefitexpress as a Senior Client Delivery Manager from July 2020 to July 2021.

Angela also gained significant experience at Businessolver, where they held various positions. Angela was an Onboarding Team Lead from January 2020 to August 2020 and an Implementation Architect from July 2019 to December 2019. Before that, they served as a Team Lead from August 2017 to July 2019, a System Relationship Manager from February 2013 to July 2017, and a Data Analyst from July 2015 to July 2016.

At the beginning of their career, Angela worked at ADP as an Employee Service and Resolution Representative from September 2007 to February 2013. In this role, they assisted employees and managers with leave of absence questions and handled COBRA and health benefits for various clients. Angela also served as a subject matter expert on a dedicated client team during their time at ADP.

Angela Strang obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree from Des Moines Area Community College from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they acquired several certifications, including Decision-Making Strategies, Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations, Root Cause Analysis: Getting to the Root of Business Problems, The Neuroscience of Office Politics and Team Leadership, and Fundamentals of Payroll. The certifications were obtained from various institutions, with the dates ranging from 2012 to 2023.
