Jens Dittrich

Jens Dittrich is a Full Professor at Saarland University and the program coordinator for the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DSAI) BSc and MSc programs. Jens is also the Co-Founder of d:AI:mond GmbH and ChainifyDB. Jens has extensive experience in new system architectures for data management, data warehousing, OLAP, indexing, and main memory databases. Jens has worked at various companies and institutions such as Software AG, ETH Zurich, and SAP in roles related to software engineering and research in computer science. Jens holds a Postdoc degree in Computer Science from ETH Zürich and a Diplom in Computer Science from The Philipp University of Marburg.
