Apoorva Indla

Apoorva Indla has been working in the talent acquisition space since 2011. Apoorva began their career as a Summer Intern at The Park Hotels in 2011. In 2013, they moved to The D. E. Shaw Group as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they worked closely with the D. E. Shaw group in New York on various strategic and operational tasks. In 2015, they joined Turvo Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they were the first hire dedicated to building the team. Apoorva worked closely with the leadership to determine their growth roadmap, design recruitment strategies, set up recruitment processes, and discover, assess, and hire the best talent available. In 2021, they moved to Google as a Technical Recruiter. Most recently, in 2022, they joined SaaS Labs as a Talent Acquisition Lead.

Apoorva Indla completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource from Christ University, Bangalore between 2011 and 2013.
