Ron Glenn is an accomplished safety management professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the North Americas Process Safety Management Lead at Louis Dreyfus Company since July 2023. Previously, Ron held positions such as Manager of Safety & Industrial Hygiene for major Department of Energy projects at Safe T Professionals, LLC, and Project Manager for HSSE at BD, overseeing a $370 million capital manufacturing expansion. During a tenure at TC Energy, Ron demonstrated leadership as Manager of OHS for the Keystone XL Pipeline, managing a large team and a project valued at $990 million.
