Tracey Lam

Tracey Lam has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Tracey is currently working as a Solutions Architect at Sabio since August 2021. Prior to this, Tracey held various roles at different companies, including HKT, Cathay Pacific Airways, Alzheimer's Society, White Stuff, OOCL, PCCW, and PCCW Teleservices.

At HKT, Tracey served as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for the development of AI and machine learning related products. Tracey also coached junior product executives and provided market research and product evaluation guidance. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager, delivering workflow management and POS solutions for corporate customers in mechanical and pharmaceutical industries.

At Cathay Pacific Airways, Tracey worked as a Business Analyst and was involved in a large-scale application migration project. Tracey was responsible for business case development, requirement gathering, and vendor management.

Prior to that, Tracey worked at Alzheimer's Society as a CRS Analyst, where they were responsible for data quality audit, service KPI reports, and user support. Tracey identified gaps between the legacy reporting system and operational needs.

At White Stuff, Tracey served as a Wholesale Administrator, responsible for customer analysis, order processing, sales forecast, and KPI reports. Tracey collaborated with various teams to identify and propose solutions to streamline the order fulfillment process.

Tracey's work experience also includes roles at OOCL as a Senior Business Analyst, PCCW as a Business Analyst, and PCCW Teleservices as a Graduate Trainee. In these roles, they were involved in global ERP migration projects, development of integrated operation support systems, and pre-sales and bidding support.

Tracey Lam earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from City University of Hong Kong, where they attended from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications. In 2007, they obtained the ITIL© Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from the Office of Government Commerce. In 2011, they achieved the Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Most recently, in 2021 and 2023, they obtained the Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer and Professional Cloud Architect certifications, respectively, from Google.
