SURESH THANGAVELU

Suresh Thangavelu has extensive work experience in the mining and construction industries, particularly in sales and marketing roles. SURESH is currently employed as a Regional Sales Manager at SafeAI, Inc., where they focus on retrofitting heavy equipment for autonomous applications. Prior to this, they worked at Epiroc as a Marketing Manager for DTH & Rotary-Rock Drilling Tools and Multi Brand-Rock Drilling Tools. SURESH also served as a Key Account Manager and Territory Manager at Atlas Copco, where they were responsible for sales and distribution of drilling equipment. Additionally, Suresh worked as a Sales Manager at Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Company Private Limited. SURESH started their career as a Senior Engineer at LafargeHolcim, where they gained experience in mining operations and surveying. Before that, they were an Assistant Manager at Vedanta Resources Limited and an Executive Trainee at The Ramco Cements Limited.

SURESH THANGAVELU obtained a High School Diploma in Biological and Physical Sciences from Fatima Matric Hr. Sec School, starting in 2001 and finishing in 2002. Following that, they attended Anna University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering. In addition to their formal education, SURESH THANGAVELU also obtained two certifications: "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in September 2020, and "Improving Your Judgment for Better Decision-Making" from LinkedIn in August 2020.
