Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Salad and Go

Jeremy Schneider has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Jeremy currently holds the role of Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Salad and Go, where they are responsible for maintaining and ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Supplier Food Safety and Quality Assurance at the same company.

Before joining Salad and Go, Jeremy worked at Controlant as the Director of Business Development, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, where they played a key role in developing and expanding business opportunities related to food safety.

Jeremy also has experience at Rocky Mountain Foods, Inc., where they served as the Manager of Quality Assurance. At Chipotle Mexican Grill, they held multiple roles, including Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Analyst, where they managed various food safety and quality programs and implemented continuous improvement initiatives.

Their earlier work experience includes roles as a Quality Assurance & Food Safety Technician at Boston Market Corporation, a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Prime Choice Foods, and internships at General Mills, Bakeries and Food Service Division, and America's Test Kitchen, Cooks Illustrated Magazine.

Jeremy Schneider has a diverse education history. Jeremy obtained a Master's degree in Food Safety from Michigan State University, which they pursued from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Nutrition at Johnson & Wales University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. In addition, they earned an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from the same university between 2004 and 2006. Before attending Johnson & Wales University, Jeremy pursued General Studies at Washburn University from 2002 to 2004.

Jeremy also has two additional certifications. Jeremy became a Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) through the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in December 2018. Furthermore, they obtained a ServSafe certification from the National Restaurant Association in March 2017.
