Richard Salter

Richard Salter has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Richard began their career at DuPont, where they worked as an Associate Investigator as part of their masters degree program, focusing on free-radical polymerizations for applications in surfaces and coatings. After completing their degree, they joined EY as an Associate, where they worked on audits for clients in various industries, including technology and manufacturing. Richard later became an Audit Senior at EY before moving on to Salary Finance.

At Salary Finance, Richard held multiple roles, starting as a Senior Strategy & Finance Analyst. Richard was responsible for developing and implementing financial wellbeing strategies and solutions for employees, partnering with employers to offer benefits that improved their financial lives. Richard then served as the Interim Group Financial Controller, overseeing financial operations and providing strategic guidance. Currently, Richard holds the position of Head of Commercial Strategy, where they continue to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Richard Salter completed their education at the University of Edinburgh, where they earned a Master of Chemistry with Industrial Experience degree from 2009 to 2014. Richard later pursued accounting at ICAEW from 2014 to 2017, obtaining an Aca degree.
