Vice President, Customer Success at Sales Empowerment Group

Krystal Jay has extensive work experience in customer success and revenue operations roles. Krystal is currently Vice President of Customer Success at Sales Empowerment Group, where they are responsible for developing and implementing processes for onboarding, expanding, and retaining customers. Krystal has also worked as a Founding Member at RevRoom.

Prior to this, Krystal held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Orchid Software Solutions, where they led all aspects of customer success and set strategies to improve customer experience and increase efficiencies. Krystal also worked at Sales Empowerment Group as Vice President of Revenue Operations and Director of Revenue Operations, where they drove business planning, strategy, and operational execution for customer success, renewals, and support functions.

Krystal also has experience at Bullhorn as a Senior Director of Customer Success and at Revenue Storm as a Director of Customer Success. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Hollister in customer support, Salesforce administration, consumer specialist, buyer/planner, inside sales representative, and customer service representative.

Throughout their career, Krystal has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and manage customer success strategies, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiencies. Krystal is experienced in CRM administration, sales process execution, project management, and training program development.

Krystal Jay pursued their education at various institutions. Krystal first attended Robert Morris University - Illinois from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Later, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix and completed a Dual Degree program from 2014 to 2016, earning Master's degrees in both Business Administration and Healthcare Administration.
