Emma Clancy

Emma Clancy has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Emma is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Salix Finance since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Executive at CCW from 2020 to 2023. In 2020, Emma Clancy also established their own consulting firm called Emma Clancy Consulting Ltd, where they served as the Director. Emma was previously the Director of Care at BMI Group (Roofing & Waterproofing) from 2019 to 2020. From 2009 to 2019, Emma held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Certsure LLP, the not-for-profit regulator of the Electrical Contracting Industry. Before that, they served as the Director of Charitable Affairs at Electrical Safety First from 2005 to 2008. Emma Clancy began their career at The Royal Bank of Scotland as a Business Partner from 1995 to 2004. Emma also worked as the Group HR Manager at Which? from 1990 to 1995, and as a Trainee Manager at Marks and Spencer from 1988 to 1990.

Emma Clancy attended the University of West London and completed a Diploma in Personnel Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. Afterward, they became a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
