Clara Recine Amore

Clara Recine Amore has a diverse work experience in the field of cosmetic science and chemical engineering. Clara has worked as a Cosmetic Scientist at Sallve since November 2020. Prior to that, they were a Formulation and Process Analyst at L'OCCITANE Group from June 2018 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing cosmetic products and improving formulation and production technologies. Clara also worked as a Development of Cosmetic Products specialist at Chiara - Bellezza Sostenibile from October 2017 to June 2018, where they developed and produced small batches of cosmetics and provided consulting services for product development. Clara has also worked as a teacher at Colmeia Tecnologia LTDA, a Chemical Engineer Intern at Ghesti Bier, and a Chemical Processes Scientist Intern at Embrapa. Clara started their career as a Chemist Intern at Braskem and as a Scientific Initiation Scholar at the University of Brasilia. Throughout their career, Clara has demonstrated their expertise in formulation development, process optimization, research, and analysis.

Clara Recine Amore completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at Universidade de Brasília from 2012 to 2017. Clara also pursued a specialization degree in Cosmetic Technology from IPUPO Pós-Graduações from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Clara earned another Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Universidade de Brasília, which they completed between 2009 and 2014. In 2012, they briefly attended Syracuse University where they studied Chemistry for a short period and received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree. In addition to their formal education, Clara also obtained a certification in Natural Cosmetics Design from Ewé in January 2018.
