Sheethal Katta

Sheethal Katta has a wide range of work experience in the field of human resources. Sheethal started their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Sheethal then moved on to Rolls-Royce North America as a Human Resources Intern in 2009.

In 2010, Sheethal joined Citi as an HR Business Partner for the Asia Pacific region. Sheethal held this position until 2011, when they became a Senior HR Advisor, Vice President. Sheethal also worked as a Compensation Analyst for a short period during their time at Citi. Sheethal worked at Citi until 2015.

After leaving Citi, Sheethal joined GoDaddy as a Senior HR Business Partner in 2015. Sheethal worked there for a year before moving on to Uber in 2016. At Uber, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner for the Technology department until 2019.

In 2019, Sheethal joined WeWork as a Senior Director, HR Business Partner. Sheethal worked in this position until 2020 when they joined Samsara as the Senior Director of Employee Experience & HR Business Partners. Sheethal was then promoted to the role of VP, HRBPs & Employee Relations at Samsara in 2022.

Throughout their career, Sheethal has gained extensive experience in various HR functions, including HR Business Partnerships, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Learning, and Onboarding.

Sheethal Katta holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University. Additionally, they have pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
