Amy Goodrich

Amy Goodrich has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Amy is currently working as the Senior Vice President of the Call Center at San Diego County Credit Union. Prior to this, they held the position of VP and Director of Contact Center & Strategic Operations at Mission Federal Credit Union from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Operations Manager at National University in 2019. Amy also has experience at Symitar, where they held roles as the Director of Professional Services and Technical Business Analyst Manager. Additionally, they worked at California Coast Credit Union as an Independent Project Consultant and Remote Delivery Manager. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated expertise in operational management, leadership, and improving client satisfaction.

Amy Goodrich obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management with a minor in Psychology from Ashford University. In terms of additional certifications, Amy obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from HRCI in August 2020, the California Law HR Specialty Credential from SHRM in June 2020, the HR as a Business Partner certification from LinkedIn in June 2020, the PSM1 certification from Scrum.org in September 2018, and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Harrison Street University in June 2014.
