Cat Lizcano

Cat Lizcano is a seasoned professional in enterprise applications and business operations, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications for the San Francisco 49ers since January 2023. Previous roles include Program Director of Business Operations at The Michaels Companies, where Cat implemented data-driven processes to enhance operational productivity, and Senior Manager of Design Operations and Creative Technology at Victoria's Secret, overseeing the Creative Technology team. Cat has a strong background in PLM and project management, having held positions such as Senior Solutions Consultant at PropelPLM and PLM Project Manager at CGS, among others. Cat holds an MBA in Information Systems from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Apparel and Textiles from The University of Texas at Austin.
