Willie Brown

Willie Brown is the Assistant Corporate Secretary and Corporate Attorney at San Jose Water. Willie has over 15 years of experience working in various legal and financial positions.

Brown started their career as an Associate Logistician at Lockheed Martin Corp. in 1993. Willie then transitioned to financial analysis, working as a Financial Analyst at Applied Materials, Inc. from 2000 to 2001.

In 2004, Brown began working as a Corporate Securities Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich Rosati. Willie then moved to White & Lee LLP in 2006, where they worked as a Corporate Associate until 2008.

Brown has been with San Jose Water since 2008. In their current role, they are responsible for the legal affairs of the company, as well as providing support to the corporate secretary.

Willie Brown received their J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and their BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Willie also attended West Valley-Mission College.
