Willie Brown

Willie Brown is the Vice President and General Counsel at San Jose Water, with extensive experience in corporate law and securities. Prior to this, they worked at White & Lee LLP and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich Rosati. Willie also has experience in finance and logistics, having worked at Applied Materials, Inc. and Lockheed Martin Corp. They hold a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Economics from University of California, Berkeley.
