Laura Rehor, PHR, GBA has over 16 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on benefits management. Laura Rehor, PHR, GBA has a strong educational background in management, leadership, and vocal performance. Laura obtained their MA in Management & Leadership from Doane University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, Laura earned their BA in Vocal Performance from the same university from 2001 to 2005. Laura completed their high school education at Centerville High School, receiving a Diploma in 2001.

In addition to their degrees, Laura has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Laura became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute in December 2010. In June 2013, they earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). In February 2016, Laura obtained the HCM certification from Workday. Most recently, in August 2021, they achieved the Insurance Broker certification in Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuity from the SD Department of Insurance. Furthermore, they are currently pursuing a Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1), which they are expected to complete in March 2023.
