Laura Rehor, PHR, GBA has over 16 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on benefits management. Laura is currently the Director of Customer Success at Sana, where they ensure customer satisfaction and success. Prior to this role, Laura worked as a Principal Benefits Consultant at Sana, providing strategic guidance on benefits programs.

Earlier in their career, Laura served as the Director of Benefits & Well-Being at Monument Health, where they led the design and implementation of comprehensive benefits and well-being programs. Laura also worked as a Benefits Manager at Monument Health, overseeing the day-to-day administration of health and retirement benefits for employees.

Before joining Monument Health, Laura worked as a Principal Consultant at Collaborative Solutions, LLC, where they provided consulting services on various HR matters. Prior to that, they served as a Benefits Manager at Neovia Logistics, managing benefits programs for a large employee base.

Laura's HR expertise extends to their time at CommScope, where they served as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they partnered with management to develop and execute HR strategies, including benefits management, talent management, and employee relations. Prior to CommScope, Laura worked as a Corporate HR Generalist at York Label, where they gained experience in various HR functions.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated a strong ability to manage benefits programs, provide strategic HR support, and ensure employee satisfaction. Laura holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Group Benefits Associate (GBA).

Laura Rehor, PHR, GBA has a strong educational background in management, leadership, and vocal performance. Laura obtained their MA in Management & Leadership from Doane University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, Laura earned their BA in Vocal Performance from the same university from 2001 to 2005. Laura completed their high school education at Centerville High School, receiving a Diploma in 2001.

In addition to their degrees, Laura has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Laura became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute in December 2010. In June 2013, they earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). In February 2016, Laura obtained the HCM certification from Workday. Most recently, in August 2021, they achieved the Insurance Broker certification in Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuity from the SD Department of Insurance. Furthermore, they are currently pursuing a Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1), which they are expected to complete in March 2023.
