Karen L.

Karen L. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment, advisory roles, and engineering. Currently serving on the Board of Directors and as an investor at Sand Hill Angels, Karen actively participates in one of the most dynamic angel investment groups in the U.S. Other roles include investor at Infinite Community Ventures, technical advisor at Astia, and instructor at Stanford University in the Center for Sustainable Development & Global Competitiveness. Karen has also contributed to the Mission Asset Fund as part of the Adelante Advisory Council and as a board member for the Palo Alto Players-Peninsula Center Stage. Previous positions include directing SaaS professional services at Medallia, managing transportation and energy systems at Tetra Tech, and serving as a senior engineer at TIAX LLC. Education credentials include an MS in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Thermosciences and Design Thinking, along with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
