Joe Cleland

Joe Cleland is a highly experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager at Sandata T, specializing in the implementation of Agency Manager, SPoC, and Santrax Software for organizations with up to 14,000 staff. With a tenure starting in August 2012, Joe leads a team in rolling out products for Medicaid and MCO programs across multiple states while optimizing workflows and methodologies to enhance productivity. Prior to Sandata T, Joe worked at Allscripts as a Senior Enterprise PM/EHR Implementation Consultant and at Cerner Corporation as a Senior Implementation Specialist. Joe holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Networking from Virginia College at Birmingham, earned between 1997 and 2000.
