Carl Graddy has over two decades of experience in logistics, administrative services, and social media coordination. Currently serving as the Administrative Services Material Control Quartermaster at the Sanford Police Department since June 2015, Carl's responsibilities include negotiating with supply vendors and writing proposals for equipment.
