Britt Soille

Britt Soille is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Lead for Belgium and Business Partner for North Europe at Sanofi Belgium since August 2019. Prior roles include HR Manager positions at CommScope, QuintilesIMS, and CR Bard, where Britt managed various HR functions including organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
