Kim Falen, MBA, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SANS Institute since October 2018. With a robust background that includes leadership roles such as Director of HR for North America and Director of Talent Management at The Lubrizol Corporation, as well as strategic positions at Meggitt PLC, The Timken Company, FirstEnergy Corporation, Diebold Nixdorf, and Progressive Insurance, Kim possesses extensive experience in talent management, HR business partnerships, and organizational development. Kim holds an MBA with a specialization in HR Management from Ashland University and a BS in Human Resources Management from The University of Akron.
