Jennifer Xiong, MPH, CHES, is an experienced professional in public health and project management. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Project Manager at Santa Clara Family Health Plan, Jennifer leads quality and process improvement projects, including Quality Improvement Projects and Performance Improvement Projects. As a co-founder and advisor at Hlub Hmong Center, Jennifer has implemented health education initiatives for the Hmong community and advocated for health equity at various levels. Previous roles include Research Analyst at Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Business Owner, Health Educator, and Project Manager at L.A. Care Health Plan, among others. Jennifer holds a Master of Public Health degree from UCLA and a Project Management certificate from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
