Joyce Felix Lcsw

Joyce Felix, LCSW, is a seasoned social work professional with extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare and social services sectors. Since May 2016, Joyce has served as the HCBS Program Manager and LTSS Social Worker Case Manager at Santa Clara Family Health Plan. Previous positions include Clinical Social Worker Supervisor in a self-employed capacity, Social Work Case Manager at Health Plan of San Mateo, and Mental Health Specialist II at Bill Wilson Center. Joyce has also worked as a Care Manager at LivHOME, Case Manager/Social Worker at Telecare Corporation, and Social Worker Intern at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County and Yerba Buena High School.
