Nicole Jantze

Nicole Jantze serves as the Director of Human Resources at Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk since 2023. Previously, Nicole held the position of Director of Talent & Culture at Solage, Auberge Resorts Collection from 2022 to 2023, and prior to that, worked as the Director of Human Resources at Alila Ventana Big Sur in 2020-2021. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources for Tom Douglas Restaurants (2019-2020) and as the Director of Talent & Culture at Fairmont Olympic Hotel, AccorHotels (2016-2018). From 2006 to 2016, Nicole operated Jantze Consulting as a Talent Management Consultant. Nicole earned a BS in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
