With a background in various companies such as Nationwide Building Society, Macquarie Group, Allianz Trade, Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital, UBS Investment Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Barclays Retail Bank, Fermin has extensive experience in managing compensation, benefits, global mobility, performance management, and reward programs across different regions and populations. Fermin holds a degree in Business Computing from Fernando Wirtz College and has continually demonstrated a strong ability to design and implement innovative compensation solutions to meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.
