Rinaldo Dorman

Rinaldo Dorman, MBA, CPSM has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rinaldo is currently working at Sarepta Therapeutics as an Associate Director of Clinical Procurement. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Manager of R&D Global Procurement & Strategic Sourcing at Sarepta Therapeutics.

Before joining Sarepta Therapeutics, Rinaldo worked at Cerevel Therapeutics, LLC as a Procurement Lead. Rinaldo also gained experience at Shire, where they held the positions of Clinical Category Lead and R&D Procurement Sourcing & Analytics Lead.

Rinaldo Dorman, MBA, CPSM attended UC San Diego from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Rinaldo then pursued further education at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University from 2007 to 2009, earning an MBA with a focus on Marketing. Alongside their formal education, Rinaldo has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management. Additionally, they have acquired various professional development certifications on LinkedIn, covering topics such as leadership, decision-making strategies, and creating an inclusive workplace. In 2022, Rinaldo obtained their Open Water Diver certification from SSI Scuba Schools International.
