Tina Baars

Tina Baars is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Group CFO at FORCIT Group since September 2023, Tina previously held positions as CFO and Board Member at Sarlin Oy Ab and CFO at Sarlin Group Oy Ab from November 2020 to August 2023. Tina's prior experience includes the role of CFO for Northern Europe at Swissport from April 2014 to April 2021, and an extensive tenure at Bodycote from 1999 to 2014, where Tina managed finance and reporting for the NUK AGI subdivision and served as Controller for the Central European Group. Tina's career began at KPMG, where responsibilities included auditing national and international companies. Tina holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration and a CIMA/GCMA degree from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
