Tracy Lim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tracy is currently working at Sauce Labs as the Sr. Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Director of Sales, Gaming at Sauce Labs, where they focused on improving game quality across consoles, engines, mobile, and PCs. Tracy also has experience as a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive at Sauce Labs.

Earlier in their career, Tracy worked as an Assistant Travel Agent at Worldwide Golf and Travel, and held internships at NBC (Access Hollywood and Dateline), Tribune Broadcasting (KTLA5 Morning News), Live Animals Production, and PBS-KOCE (Inside OC News). Overall, Tracy's work experience spans sales, account management, programming, communications, and internships in the media and entertainment industry.

Tracy Lim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Media Studies from UC Irvine. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as AIIM, Microsoft, IBM, and Oracle in areas including Capture Practitioner, Sales and Marketing for Digital Marketing, Enterprise Content Management, Business Development Professional, Business Process Management, and Service Oriented Architecture.
