Alexander John

Alexander John has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology service management. Alexander currently serves as the Head of IT Infrastructure & Operation at Saudi Credit Bureau - SIMAH since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Al Rajhi Bank, where they held the positions of Head Of Information Technology Service Management and Information Technology Service Management Senior Consultant from October 2020 to March 2023. Before their tenure at Al Rajhi Bank, they worked as an Information Technology Service Management Consultant at PwC Middle East from November 2019 to October 2020. Alexander also has experience working in the healthcare industry as an Information Technology Service Management Specialist at Northern NSW Local Health District from June 2019 to November 2019. Alexander also gained expertise in project management and service management during their time at companies like News Corp, Sydney Trains, ActewAGL, Dimension Data, CSC, and Nokia.

Alexander John completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport between 1989 and 1994. In 2015 and 2016, they pursued a Diploma in Project Management from Australis College.
