The Role

As a Research Analyst, you’ll be a critical and foundational piece for the day-to-day management in the delivery of high-quality research projects, applying your knowledge, expertise and analytical skills to support clients in better decision-making. Working across multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to the Project Leads, your core day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

  • Ensuring that our research enables clients to fully meet their objectives;

  • Analyzing the results of the research to create a compelling story and provide strategic recommendations;

  • Presenting engaging presentations, and leading workshops that help ensure our outcomes drive change;

  • Overseeing project tasks carried out by the wider support team – from scripting to fieldwork and supplier management, ensuring project timings and budgets are met;

  • Ensuring accuracy of all client deliverables.

About You

At Savanta, Research Analysts are fast, efficient and accurate workers new to the research industry, who can quickly learn and apply new skills to ensure client objectives will be achieved.  The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • A basis for analyzing data to extract pertinent insights and actionable recommendations;

  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;

  • Strong work ethic with a self-motivated mindset and drive to reach goals;

  • Awareness of potential challenges in projects and proactively tackle them;

  • Ability to provide feedback, support and additional points-of-view to senior colleagues to improve research products and productivity;

  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn and develop and challenge the status quo;

  • Self-motivation, flexibility and an independent mind but also able to work in a team;

  • Juggling multiple projects simultaneously and within tight timeframes;

  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment;

  • Ability to rapidly learn and demonstrate new knowledge (e.g. working with clients in new industries);

  • Utilizing existing and new technologies to improve efficiencies and overall research quality.
