Katja Marianne Noordam is currently the Head of Lobby & Advocacy at Save the Children Nederland for the project Work No Child's Business. Katja Marianne is also an Impact Business & Leadership Advisor at FairChange and a Sustainability Consultant at Dazzle. Previously, Katja worked in various communication and leadership roles at companies such as IKEA Social Entrepreneurship, Katmondo Media, Fundación Ideas para la Paz, and Centro Internacional de Responsabilidad Social & Sostenibilidad. With a background in Cultural Studies/Journalism and Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Marketing, Katja's expertise lies in implementing impactful communication strategies that promote social change and empower marginalized communities.
