Chad Wittenborn

Chad Wittenborn has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Chad began their career in 2001 at Spraying Systems Co., where they served as a Regional Sales Manager, leading a sales team and managing sales efforts across various markets. In 2009, Chad joined Cancer Treatment Centers of America, initially as a Sales Manager and later as a Manager of Performance Management and Director of Planning & Insights. In these roles, they provided sales leadership, implemented a new sales model, and led strategic initiatives to increase team performance. In 2014, Chad joined Surgical Care Affiliates as a Sr. Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives, driving revenue growth and implementing programs for ambulatory surgery centers. Currently, Chad works at SBI, The Growth Advisory, where they have held multiple positions since 2017. Chad started as an Executive Consultant and gradually progressed to roles such as Engagement Manager, Director, and now serves as the EVP of Talent. In their current position, Chad is responsible for talent recruitment, mentorship programs, succession planning, leadership development, capacity planning, and cultural initiatives. Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated expertise in driving revenue growth, strategic planning, and developing high-performing teams.

Chad Wittenborn completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1991 to 1995. Chad then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing, Management, and Strategy at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2001 to 2005.
