Marc Amberg has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Marc'smost recent position is as a Machine Learning Engineer at Scalpel since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Statmetrix as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer from August 2020 to January 2022. Marc also held roles at Samsung Electronics as a Computer Vision and Machine Learning Engineer from April 2019 to August 2020, and at Statmetrix as a Computer Vision Research Engineer from January 2019 to April 2019. Before that, they worked at EARTH-i as a Computer Vision Expert from April 2017 to August 2018, at Skin Analytics as an Image Processing Engineer from May 2014 to February 2017, at Stereograph as an R&D Engineer from March 2013 to July 2013, at ReflexeCE as a PHP Developer in May 2011, and at Hakone Highland Hotel as part of a language immersion program from July 2010 to August 2010. Marc also completed an internship as a C Developer at Hachinohe Gakuin University from April 2010 to June 2010, where they contributed to the development of a musical transcription software.
Marc Amberg completed a Two-year University Degree (D.U.T.) in Computer Science at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology from 2008 to 2010. Marc then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the same institution from 2010 to 2011. Afterward, Marc enrolled in the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology again to obtain a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Image, Vision, and Interactions from 2011 to 2013. During their first year of the Master's program, they studied as an ERASMUS student at RWTH Aachen University, where they continued their studies in Computer Science from 2011 to 2012.
