Dario Bianchi

Dario Bianchi has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Dario is currently the Chief Digital Officer at MTN Ghana, a position they have held since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a General Advisor at Hoola starting in May 2022. Dario also served as a Member of the Advisory Board at Wysdom.AI from June 2018 to November 2022.

Before these roles, Dario held various positions at Digicel Group from August 2016 to December 2018, including Global Director Digital Products and Global Head of Digital Experience for the Caribbean, Latam, and South Pacific regions. Dario was responsible for defining and implementing digital strategies and launching digital self-care apps and music streaming services.

Prior to Digicel, Dario worked at Vodafone from September 2010 to August 2016, where they served as Global Principal Product Manager Digital Channels and held various marketing manager positions focusing on mobile internet and fixed broadband offers.

Dario started their career at Orange UK as a Fixed Broadband Product Manager and later became the SME Proposition Marketing Manager. Dario also worked as a Product Development Manager at Telecom Italia and as a Technical Bid Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Overall, Dario Bianchi has extensive experience in digital products, marketing, and strategic advisory roles within the telecommunications industry.

Dario Bianchi completed a MBA - GMP General Management Programme at ESCP Business School in 2013. In 2019, they pursued a Digital Marketing Strategies program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Università degli Studi di Firenze from 1998 to 2004. Dario also participated in the Socrates/Erasmus Exchange Programme at Universidad de Alcalá in 2002. Additionally, Bianchi acquired several certifications, including edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Blockchain and Web3, Introduction to FinTech from edX, Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org, and SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc.
