Aamir Mausoof

Aamir Mausoof is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the food manufacturing and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Schlotterbeck & Foss since May 2023, Aamir previously held the position of Senior Director of Operations at LIVEKINDLY Collective, overseeing initiatives to promote plant-based living. Aamir's previous roles include General Manager at Gobble, where significant improvements in quality and cost efficiency were achieved, and Director of Operations at Bakkavor. Aamir has also excelled in leadership positions at Blue Apron, Hale and Hearty Soups, Corbion, Louis Dreyfus Company, The J.M. Smucker Company, and The Dannon Company, consistently driving operational excellence, safety, and quality improvements. Aamir holds a B.S. in Energy Engineering from the University of Arizona and additional education from California State University, Fullerton.
