Nathan Piller is an experienced litigator specializing in complex civil litigation. Mr. Piller has litigated dozens of class and collective action cases in the areas of employment and consumer law. His practice focuses on addressing unlawful business models and wage practices maintained by industry-leading companies. He has trial experience and has authored and edited publications on employment law.
Mr. Piller attended the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he served as the Editor in Chief of the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law. During law school, Mr. Piller also represented low-income families in appeals hearings before the Social Security Administration as part of his duties working for the East Bay Community Law Center’s Health Law Unit.
