Alim Ladak

Alim Ladak is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Innovation for OPS EMEA at Schroders since September 2010. In this role, Alim Ladak is responsible for the delivery of automation, business intelligence, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and data analytics, alongside managing concurrent business transformation initiatives. Key contributions include process re-engineering, the creation of a delivery lifecycle incorporating continuous integration and delivery practices, and management of significant infrastructural changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Alim Ladak also led the implementation of the global operating model during the migration from Charles River to Aladdin® and has a strong background in launching new departments and optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency. Prior to Schroders, Alim Ladak was involved in trade support at BNY Mellon, where responsibilities included oversight of trading positions and the implementation of CLS for clients.
