Clare Horne

Clare Horne has over 15 years of work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Clare is currently working at Schroders as a Supplier Engagement Lead. Prior to that, Clare worked at Beazley as a Supplier Relationship Management professional. Clare also worked at First Central as the Group Supply Chain Assurance Manager for two years. Before that, they had a role as a Contractor in Strategy and CoE, Group Sourcing, Supply Chain Management & Divestment at Lloyds Banking Group. Clare also has experience working at EY as an Assistant Director, both in HR Services - Vendor Management and in Procurement, Products & Services. Clare has previously held positions at Commerzbank AG as a Negotiator in Non IT Strategic Sourcing, Clifford Chance LLP as a Global Procurement Specialist, and Williams Lea as a Contractor in Non Print Procurement. Clare started their career at Burberry and the Royal Bank of Scotland in various contractor roles.

Clare Horne attended Croydon College from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained their MCIPS degree. From 1994 to 1998, they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies at the University of Northampton.
