She has a strong background in developing and overseeing compliance programs, policy development, risk management, and strategic planning. Jessica also founded curatemint, which focuses on empowering leaders through education and tools. Prior to her current roles, Jessica held positions at Toyota North America and Conifer Health Solutions where she led compliance programs and provided thought leadership to senior executives. With a Master's degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in History, Jessica has a solid foundation for her roles in compliance and strategy.
