Lead Computer Vision Engineer at Scylla

Zhora Gevorgyan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to 2018. In 2015, they began working as a Software Engineer at Yerevan Computer R&D Institute, where they developed special software specifically designed for improving performance and accuracy of current Armenian military equipment, and took part in developing special military situation simulators. In 2016, they moved to Qube LLC, Software Development Company, where they served as Lead Computer Vision Engineer. Here, they researched and developed technology for creating 3D representation of face from an RGB image input, as well as state of the art algorithms for real-time face reenactment and expression transfer from source actor to target actor. Finally, in 2018, they joined Scylla as Lead Computer Vision Engineer. At Scylla, they monitored real-time video streams to predict violent behavior and identify acts of violence, using artificial intelligence, computer vision, and machine learning.

Zhora Gevorgyan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Yerevan State University between 2012 and 2016.
