Marcus X.

Marcus X. has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Marcus is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Sea since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Chinsay AB as a Senior Product Manager from May 2017 until November 2022.

Before their role at Chinsay AB, Marcus was employed by Allegro Development, where they held multiple positions. From December 2012 to April 2017, they served as a Senior Consultant, providing solutions for infrastructure and software issues, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and mapping business workflows to Allegro software procedures. Additionally, they worked as an Energy Software Consultant from January 2012 to December 2012, customizing Allegro to suit business processes and addressing infrastructure and software issues. Previously, from April 2011 to December 2011, Marcus worked as a Support Analyst, serving as the first point of contact for customers, logging incidents into the CRM system, and handling user issues.

Marcus's career started at NCS in February 2010, where they held the position of Application Consultant, Associate until April 2011. In this role, they investigated incidents and issues raised by users, handled service and change requests, and drove user acceptance testing.

Prior to NCS, Marcus worked as an Assistant Software Engineer at Converscient Pte Ltd from April 2009 to January 2010. Marcus was involved in coding the Summons Request Function in the Environmental Enforcement Management System project for the National Environmental Agency in Singapore, as Converscient was a sub-contractor for NEC (Singapore) in this project.

Marcus X graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic in 2006 with a Diploma in Business Informatics. Marcus then went on to attend Murdoch University from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a double major in Banking and Finance.
