Timothy Olawale has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Timothy started their career as an intern at PentonRise Nigeria Limited in 2011 before moving on to work as an intern at Vita Construction Limited in 2012. In 2012, they also served as the President of JCI OAU.

From 2014 to 2015, Timothy worked at Insidify.com Limited as a Social Media Engagement Strategist, where they managed the company's social media platforms and successfully oversaw a campaign that increased the company's subscriber base.

In 2015, Timothy joined BusinessCraft Limited as a Digital Marketing Consultant, responsible for coordinating the firm's digital marketing team and implementing strategies for client firms. Timothy also reported to senior management on progress reports and advised on budget and financial implications.

From 2015 to 2016, Timothy worked at JCI Nigeria as a Social Media Strategist, where they set up social media profiles, curated content, and increased followership through reward strategies and promotions.

In 2017, Timothy embarked on a career switch and became a self-employed HR Technology Advisor, providing consulting services until 2019.

From 2017 to 2019, Timothy also worked at SeamlessHR, an HR Technology company, as an Analyst and later as an Associate in the Software Implementation team. Timothy was responsible for creating project implementation timelines and ensuring deployment of the company's HRMS.

In 2019, Timothy was promoted to Implementation Team Lead at SeamlessHR, where they handled outbound operations in the firm's value chain.

Most recently, as of December 2021, Timothy holds the role of Customer Success Manager at SeamlessHR, where they ensure that clients have a positive experience during implementation and onboarding. Timothy also plays a crucial role in maintaining business continuity.

Timothy Olawale completed their Senior School Leaving Certificate from Government College Ketu-Epe, Epe, Lagos state, Nigeria, between 2001 and 2006. Timothy then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Building/Property Maintenance from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, between 2008 and 2013.
