Hayden S. Reich

Hayden S. Reich is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Manager at Searchspring since June 2021, Hayden oversees a small team focused on the Search feature and previously contributed as a Software Engineer maintaining and enhancing core product functionalities. Prior experience includes software engineering roles at OpenText and Webroot, where responsibilities encompassed feature development and product improvements for security software. Additionally, military service as an Executive Officer and Platoon Leader in the US Army provided management and logistical expertise. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Tufts University.
