Dana Salvo

Dana Salvo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In their most recent role as the Head of Customer Success at Secure Code Warrior, they oversee the success of customers. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Customer Success Management at Lakeside Software. At Veracode, Dana held the position of Director of Customer Success, leading a team of 27 in delivering services to large accounts. They also worked as a Manager of Services at Veracode. Before joining Veracode, Dana was the Director of Client Services at SAI Global, where they managed a team of implementation-focused specialists. They also served as a Senior Program Manager at SAI Global. At Interactions Corporation, Dana worked as a Client Services Manager, improving client applications and coordinating with the Project Management Office for on-time delivery of projects. They also held various roles at Integrity Interactive, including Senior Director of Client Services and Director of Client Services Technology, where they were responsible for system implementation and client support. Dana started their career at VIS Corporation as a Development Manager, overseeing a team of developers and managing resources for projects.

Dana Salvo attended Ithaca College from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a concentration in Broadcast and Sports Studies.
