Axel Hauer

Axel Hauer has held various roles throughout their work experience. Axel joined Securosys in 2021, initially as the Vice President from October to December, and later becoming the Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at HID Global as the Director of EMEA/APAC Enterprise Sales from July 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining HID Global, Axel worked as a Business Consultant for companies including Utimaco, Randtronics, and others from October 2016 to June 2018. In this role, they provided consultancy services to startups, assisting in the development and execution of "go to market strategies" for European expansion, as well as offering advice on growth strategies for more advanced companies. Additionally, they served as an advisor to a multinational company in organizational development.

From 2009 to 2016, Axel worked at Thales eSecurity, where they held the positions of Vice President Sales for Central-, Northern-, and Eastern Europe, and Area Vice President Sales for Central- and Eastern Europe. Axel was responsible for driving sales in these regions.

Earlier in their career, Axel gained experience at companies including nCipher Ltd (later THALES eSecurity), Cognos, IONA, webmethods, and Peregrine Systems in various sales and leadership roles.
